Multiplication Number Bond Owl Games

Third grade is full of multiplication. It seems all we've been doing for the past few months is multiply! I find the best review for my students have been to play games centered around the number we are focusing on for the week. In this blog, I am featuring a number bond owl game I use with my students.

There are two different games. One is called "Which Numbers?" and the other is called "Which Number Bond?" Both games can be found in my TpT Store. There are also addition games in the same format.

"Which Numbers?"
In this task card game, the students are given a product and two missing number bond circles. The students must select the two owls (factors) that equal the product.

"Which Number Bond?"
In this task card game, the students are given a product and must figure out which number bond it matches.

These games are self-checking as the answers can be printed on the back, as I have done. I laminated mine for durability. Either of the games can be played alone or with partners. On this particular day, I had my students play with partners. You can see how we play with partners below in pictures and a short video.

 Happy Teaching,
Amber
